2. Will I receive tariff fees ordering from your store if I'm in the USA?

The news is always updating so I recommend you look into the current state of tariffs regulations when ordering. Unfortunately I do not have control over customs fees so purchase at your own discretion.*

3. Your shop is in Canadian Dollars, what will that be in US Dollars?

While the conversion rate is always changing, currently $1.00CAD equals roughly $0.72 USD at the time of writing this. A $12.00CAD Item would be between $8.50-$9.00USD at that conversion! Always expect the US Dollar to come to less than the Canadian numeric value.*

4. Why don't you ship outside Canada/US?

At this time I cannot facilitate meeting customs obligations for shipping to most places outside the USA/Canada. If you're ordering from outside NA you can check out my Etsy shop as I can ship to a lot more locations from there! If there is an item you don't see on my Etsy that you would like, please message me and I can set up a custom listing for you.*​

6. I did not receive a tracking number, where is my order?

If you didn't receive a tracking number, it is because you didn't pay for one at checkout. Unfortunately I cannot locate your item once it's shipped unless you purchased a tracking upgrade. If you suspect your item is lost, message me and we can discuss a solution!
